A Healthy Balanced Diet

In today’s world where everyone is running after junk food, we all have forgotten the need of a healthy balanced diet . As much as all the junk food items tempt us and seem very tasty to us, they are not at all good for our health. 
A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly and to live a healthy life. A healthy balanced diet should contain plenty of fruits and vegetables, starchy foods such as wholemeal bread and wholegrain cereals; protein-rich foods for example meat, fish, eggs and lentils; plus some diary foods. A balanced diet is not a crash diet, it is a well-planned diet that aims at covering all the important macro-nutrients like protein, carbohydrates and fat along with micro nutrients which include vitamins and minerals.

Respecting Others

Respect is defined as a positive feeling of esteem for a person or entity. It is shown by an individual towards others. One very important quality is to respect others.

We can say that respect seems like a boomerang in the sense that you must send it out before it will come back to you. Respect cannot be demanded or forced, though sometimes people mistakenly believe that it can be commanded. It is an asset that has to be earned.
