Learn The Reason: Sometimes we have a fear because of our history. People fear of driving because something happened to them or someone they know while driving or because of it. We just need to learn the reason(history, if there is) and should try to come out of that incident.
Talk: Talk to someone you can rely and believe on. It may be your parents, close friends ,etc who can help you to face it and guide you through this.
Read: You can read stories of a lot of people who were having the fear of the same thing. See how they went though it and conquered it. It will definitely enhance your self-confidence. Never let your self confidence go away.
Breathe: Take deep breadths when facing your fear. It will help you relax at the moment.
Small Steps Count Too: Don’t go for big steps very early. Always remember, Rome was not built in a day. It will take time. Take small steps towards it. Try some activities with little involvement of it. if you can overcome it there, then go on. Don’t think of doing the hardest at the first. Also don’t let yourself be negative if you fail. It is really okay. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
Meditate: Meditation will surely help a lot. It will help in releasing physical and mental stress you have because of your fears. It may be only deep breathing, if you like. It will relax your body and you will be able to analyze it and deal with it in a great manner.
